Kokhi Navruz - “Kohi Navruz” was planned as the biggest national tea house in Central Asia, but in the process of building it turned into a real museum of national handicrafts of Tajik people.

Massive Statue of Somoni: This statue commemorates the one for whom the currency is named. It is on Prospekt Aiani. The crown is 10 kilograms of Tajik gold.

So that's why people say if you want to taste palov do it in Panjakent but if you want to have bread taste it in Samarkand. Panjakent traditionally differs from other regions of Tajikistan also with its variety of chaikhanas where the cooks are busy with cooking one by one palov.
